England Delivery
Postcodes in England are eligible for an express 1-3 business day delivery service. Please note that 10L tubs are not eligible for country-wide delivery. Customers looking to purchase 10L tubs must enter a London postcode, or select the click & collect option from our Islington warehouse during checkout.
London Delivery
London-based postcodes are eligible for a local delivery service. Simply select 'local delivery' during checkout. The lead-time is usually 1-2 business days for delivery. If you need your goods sooner, feel free to opt for the click & collect service.

Prefer to collect? Simply select 'pick up' during checkout and your order will be ready to collect from our Islington warehouse located in Church Works, 29A Offord Road, N1 1EA. Orders are usually ready for collection from within 2 hours of placing the order. You'll receive a ready for collection notification, please wait to receive this notification before you come into store.
Returns
Unopened merchandise is returnable at our Islington store. Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase within 90 days of the original purchase date. Please note, all tinted colours are non-returnable.
