Most unopened & unused products are eligible for return and full refund within a 14 day period after your purchase.

Please be aware that all paint colours are made to order & are therefore non-returnable. We highly recommend ordering colour charts, or the sample pots prior to ordering to avoid disappointment with your colours. Colours viewed on a computer screen can often be different in real-life, so it's best practice to try before you buy.

If you'd like to cancel an existing order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Our team will start making the paint 30 minutes after we receive your order, so if you'd like to change your mind or cancel your order, you must call us straight away to avoid disappointment.
