This product not only gives excellent adhesion to most non-porous surfaces, it also contains fungicide to resist mould growth and has now been proven to protect against MRSA, E. Coli and Salmonella.

If you use this product, there is no need for a separate Anti-Germ Sealant. Main uses of 785 are for sealing around sanitary fittings to give a water resistant hygienic seal.
